Dealers have revealed the cost of the new Jaecoo crossover

The Jaecoo J6 crossover, which is due to debut at the end of February, will cost at least 2.5 million rubles. This was reported on February 25 by Rossiyskaya Gazeta with reference to the brand's dealers.

That's how much the front-wheel drive J6 with a 1.5 turbo engine (147 hp) and a six-speed robotic transmission will cost. The car has already started appearing at dealers. Later, an all-wheel drive modification with a 150-horsepower 1.6 engine with a seven-speed "robot" is expected. Prices for it have not yet been determined.

Dimensions of the J6: 4509×1860×1650 mm. This is the most compact and most affordable crossover of the brand. It is known that it is prepared for Russian operating conditions, has galvanized body panels, a package of winter options, a 13.2-inch screen in the cabin, wireless integration with smartphones running on iOS and Android platforms, dual-zone climate control, electric trunk drive and six airbags.

The J6 multimedia system supports karaoke mode. The company also said that the interior of the crossover is finished with materials that are wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, and the model is positioned for pet lovers. A special set of accessories will be provided for pets.

The Chinese brand has not yet officially announced the prices and sales launch of the J6.

On February 3, it became known that production of new Jeland brand cars, designed specifically for the Russian Federation, will begin in Russia. The launch of the release is scheduled for the first half of 2026. The Jeland brand was developed by AGR Holding and the Chinese Defetoo. This is the second project implemented as part of the partnership between the parties, after the Tenet brand, whose cars are manufactured in Kaluga.
