On February 24, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, called on Ukraine to accelerate the resumption of Russian oil supplies to Hungary and Slovakia.

"We urge Ukraine to speed up the repair of the Druzhba oil pipeline," von der Leyen said at a press conference in Brussels.
