78 TV channel will check the food delivery services that are available to St. Petersburg residents. These will be not only famous market leaders, but also little-known courier services of chain stores, restaurants and cafes, in short, everything that can be combined under the term dark kitchen.

In our country, St. Petersburg was the first city to test the format. Long before the pandemic, citizens used the services of the companies "2 Shores" and Ollis Club. A little later, the business began to grow with new startups. Today, the entire city is covered by dark kitchens delivery zones. In residential areas, this format has a special advantage due to the lack of a large number of catering outlets — traditional cafes and restaurants.

The "appearance " of the Guide 78. Delivery" is very timely," Alexey Sukhorukov, General Director and editor—in-chief of 78 TV channel, comments to the prime minister.
