On February 19, the Labinsk interdistrict prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit to seize the property of the former head of the Labinsky district of the Krasnodar Territory, his deputy and the former head of the investigative police department. The total value of assets exceeds 500 million rubles.

It is specified that the inspection showed that officials illegally registered agricultural land plots with a total area of more than 1.5 thousand hectares. They acted bypassing public procedures by registering the land for a controlled legal entity, Agrofirma Soyuz LLC, which was specially created to manage property and make a profit.

"For a long time, officials, by creating a criminal scheme for the introduction of state property into circulation, benefited through controlled persons from sources not provided for by law and, in violation of anti—corruption legislation, did not provide reliable information about income, property and property obligations towards themselves and family members," the prosecutor's office's Telegram channel says.

In order to return illegally disposed property to the state's income, the prosecutor's office requires that 100% of the shares in the authorized capital of the agricultural company be converted into the income of the Russian Federation. The company's movable and immovable property and its bank accounts have already been seized.
