The Air Defense Forces destroyed 113 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) overnight The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the regions of Russia. This was announced on February 19 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"During the past night, 113 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were intercepted and destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the department said in a Telegram channel message.

It is noted that 50 drones were eliminated over the territory of the Bryansk region, 35 over the Smolensk region, 12 over the Tver region, and 10 over the Novgorod region. Four drones were eliminated over the territory of the Leningrad region and two over the Kaluga region.

On the eve of the air defense forces shot down 120 Ukrainian UAVs over the regions of Russia. The largest number was shot down over the Bryansk region — 81 drones. Another 22 drones were destroyed over the Smolensk region, five over the Kursk and Novgorod regions. Two drones were shot down in the Tver Region, the Moscow Region and the Kaluga Region. One drone was eliminated over the Belgorod region.
