In 2026, citizens with long work experience, mothers with many children, as well as residents with "northern" work experience will be able to receive early retirement. On February 19, Natalia Melnikova, senator, former head of the Social Fund department for the Pskov region, told about this.

"In 2026, men at the age of 62 with at least 42 years of experience and women at the age of 57 with at least 37 years of experience are eligible for early retirement for long-term service. At the same time, it is necessary to have at least 30 individual pension coefficients (IPCs)," Melnikova told RIA Novosti.
