Such a warning was made on February 18 by the official representative of the White House, Caroline Leavitt, at a briefing, the information was published on the White House's You-Tube channel.

She called on the governor of the state to pay attention to the situation and ask US President Donald Trump to intervene if he himself cannot take any action.
