The Ministry of Finance has prepared a bill that will change the rules of operation of Russian Post and the entire delivery market. This was announced on February 18 by the head of the department Maksut Shadaev at a meeting of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy.

He clarified that the document includes more than ten measures that should provide the Russian Post with stable sources of income.
