On the afternoon of February 23, the cyclone will shift to the Khabarovsk Territory, precipitation in Primorye will stop. Weather anomalies are no longer expected until the end of February. However, another cyclone from the Sea of Japan is possible in early March. The cyclone's trajectory is still being clarified.

Earlier, forecasters predicted the attack of the Balkan cyclone on Moscow. On February 19, the snow cover in the capital may grow by 29-34 cm.
