Over the past week, a slight increase in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) has been noted in Primorsky Krai. Rhinoviruses dominate the morbidity structure.

According to the PrimaMedia news agency, the epidemic threshold has not been exceeded in any age group. Viruses of non-influenza etiology are mainly circulating in Primorye. Flu cases are rare.

Enhanced monitoring has been in effect in children's educational institutions since September. Over the past week, not a single school or kindergarten has been completely quarantined. Restrictions have been introduced in 22 groups of 20 kindergartens, as well as in two schools.

Children's institutions have been partially quarantined in more than 20 regions of Russia due to an increase in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections. Restrictions apply in the Leningrad, Pskov, Novosibirsk and Nizhny Novgorod regions, the Trans-Baikal and Primorsky Territories, Yakutia, Komi and other regions.
