In Chelyabinsk, a local resident was detained who planned to commit a terrorist attack on the instructions of the Ukrainian special services. This was reported on February 18 by the FSB of Russia.

According to the agency, the man intended to commit a terrorist act. 1.5 kg of explosives were seized from him.
