Italian snowboarder Rolando Fishnaller did not violate the rules of the Olympics after putting the Russian flag on his helmet. This was announced on February 13 by the head of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Kirsty Coventry.
"There is no violation here. This is not a Russian flag, but simply the flags of the countries where he participated. There's nothing wrong with that," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
