The Ministry of Industry and Trade has prepared a draft to reduce the coefficients that are used to calculate the recycling for tourist buses manufactured in Russia. This was reported to Izvestia by the press service of the department on February 12.

The preferential coefficients proposed by the project are aimed at providing the tourism industry with modern domestic tourist buses.

"Let us remind you that at the moment, Russian automakers have successfully mastered the production of such equipment — Sollers, Volgabas, and GAZ Group enterprises have the appropriate solutions. The developed changes will ensure the rhythmic production of buses at the initial stages of contracting, expand the volume of working capital of enterprises to invest in further design improvements," the Ministry of Industry and Trade noted.

In addition, it is proposed to extend the formula used to calculate the amount of scrap collection to cars imported by private individuals. for vehicles that are imported from the territory of the EAEU Member States. This will allow you to align the terms of payment for the fee.

At the same time, the amounts of indirect taxes paid on cars manufactured in such countries and imported into Russia by legal entities will not be taken into account when calculating the amount of scrap. This procedure is provided for by the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union.
