There is an opportunity to check enforcement proceedings at Gosuslugi.
The Gosuslugi portal now has the opportunity to check for enforcement proceedings and debts. This was announced on February 10 by the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia.
"At Gosuslugi, you can check both your own debts and the financial discipline of citizens and organizations. A special service is available to all users of the portal," the statement on the agency's website says.
To verify an individual, it is necessary to specify his full name, date of birth and region of production, for a legal entity — name, address and region.
It is noted that the service displays the number, date and reason for the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the amount of debt, data from the department and the bailiff, as well as the reason and date of termination of the case. This allows citizens to learn about debts on loans, alimony, taxes and fines, and organizations to assess the risks of transactions.
The FSSP also reminds that timely payment helps to remove the debtor's status and avoid seizure of property or restrictions on travel abroad.
The State Duma in the second and third readings on December 16 last year adopted a law that gradually tightens the rules for issuing consumer loans to citizens. According to the document, starting from April 1, 2026, the amount of overpayment for such loans will be reduced from 130 to 100% per annum. In addition, starting in October, Russians will be able to have no more than two loan agreements with a full value of more than 200% per annum each.
