The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, called the media and social media reports about the accident involving his son Adam Kadyrov a fake. He stated this on February 9 in a video posted on his Telegram channel following a meeting with the republic's prosecutor Arsan Adayev.

"With the help of artificial intelligence, you can deceive any person. <...> From somewhere, the stuffing about Kadyrov's son's accident became number one in the world news," Kadyrov said.
