The State Duma proposed to formalize job security when changing jobs.

When changing jobs, an employee must receive official job guarantees from a future employer. Yaroslav Nilov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs, told about this on February 7.

"It is necessary to insure the employee [when changing jobs], a certain initiative is being prepared in this part," he told TASS.
