A Russian-speaking man was arrested in Sunny Isles Beach, located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA, for aggression and anti-Semitic remarks towards the driver of the vehicle in front. This was reported on February 2 by the news organization WPLG Local 10 News, citing police officials.

The detainee turned out to be 71-year-old Vyacheslav Mikhailov, who had already been convicted in 2010 and was also charged with drunk driving. His opponent in the conflict was another unnamed 79-year-old man.

"Around 14:00 (22:00 Moscow time. Near the Matryoshka Deli Food cafe, the victim got out of the car to ask him the reason for his (the accused's. — Ed.) behavior, <...> "I will kill you and all the Jews," Mikhailov shouted. It is noted that Mikhailov also approached the victim and began "aggressively pushing him," the article says.

After the incident, the instigator of the conflict went to the market, where he was detained, later establishing that Mikhailov got behind the wheel without having a license to drive a car. Currently, the man has been issued a warning, as well as a number of fines for refusing to undergo a medical examination for alcohol content in the body and conscious driving of a vehicle without a license. He will need to pay $150 and $500 respectively.

On January 15, People reported that in Pennsylvania, 11-year-old teenager Clayton Dietz shot his sleeping foster father after a conflict over a video game console. It was noted that the incident itself occurred on the night of January 13, when a 34-year-old man took the console from his child before going to bed. Later, the boy, believing that the console he needed was in the safe, found the key and found his father's revolver there, from which he fired shots. The article emphasized that according to state laws, minors over the age of 10 who are accused of murder are automatically brought to trial as adults.
