Russian President Vladimir Putin's schedule for the current week does not include a telephone conversation with French leader Emmanuel Macron. This was announced on February 5 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"No," he replied to a question from reporters during a briefing.

In addition, Peskov did not comment on reports about the visit of French Presidential adviser Emmanuel Macron Emmanuel Bonn to Moscow. He also noted that French sources are very fond of "leaking" information to the media.

On February 4, Reuters reported that Macron's diplomatic adviser Bonn had allegedly visited Moscow to contact the Russian side. At the same time, the Elysee Palace did not confirm or deny the information about the trip.

On the same day, Peskov reported on the existence of certain contacts between Russia and France at the working level. He clarified that the dialogue is conducted without specific agreements on contacts at the highest level.
