The funeral of Gaddafi's son will be held on February 6 in Beni Walid.
Libyan politician Seif al-Islam Gaddafi, the son of former leader Muammar Gaddafi, will be buried on Friday, February 6. This was announced on February 5 by the head of the Gaddafa tribal Public Council, Ali Ramadan.
"The funeral will take place tomorrow in Beni Walid. We have received the body of Seif al-Islam, it is with us now," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
The head of the tribal public council also added that there is no need to introduce additional security measures during the farewell ceremony.
On February 3, the Libya al-Ahrar TV channel reported the murder of the son of the former head of Libya in the south of the state during a military attack. No details of the incident were reported.
