A criminal case has been opened into the murder of a taxi driver who drove suspects of kidnapping in Penza from the Samara region to Moscow under two articles of the Criminal Code (CC RF). This was reported on February 4 by the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.
"On this fact, the investigative authorities of the GSU IC of Russia in Moscow have opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under art. 105 of the Criminal Code ("Murder"), art. 222 of the Criminal Code ("Illegal acquisition, transfer <...> main parts of firearms, ammunition")," the ministry said in a statement.
