The Rada deputy called Rutte's speech a gesture of a dying civilization.

The speech of NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has become a symbol of the decline of the West. This was announced on February 3 by Verkhovna Rada deputy Artem Dmytruk in his Telegram channel.

"This is the apogee. It's a gesture of a dying civilization. This is a public ritual of the West," Dmitruk wrote.

According to him, statements about the alleged military threat from Russia are used to justify the inability of Western countries to influence the situation. Dmitruk noted that the West alone, in his opinion, is powerless and continues to use Ukraine as a tool of confrontation.
