Russian gymnast Kramarenko received a neutral status
Russian gymnast Lala Kramarenko has received a neutral status from the International Gymnastics Federation (World Gymnastics). This was reported on February 3 in the press service of the federation.
By the age of 21, the gymnast is the 2021 European champion in the team competition and a three-time world junior champion. In 2024, she won the Russian Championship in all individual disciplines. In June of the same year, Kramarenko became the champion of the BRICS Games in the individual all-around and ribbon exercise, according to Sport-Express.
Prior to that, on January 28, it became known that 13 Russian athletes who will compete in neutral status will participate in the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy. The team consists of figure skaters Adelia Petrosyan and Peter Gumennik, short-track skaters Alyona Krylova and Ivan Posashkov, skiers Daria Nepryaeva and Savely Korostelev, speed skaters Ksenia Korzhova and Anastasia Semenova, ski mountaineer Nikita Filippov, luge skiers Daria Olesik and Pavel Repilov, skiers Semyon Efimov and Yulia Pleshkova.
