Two more renovation housing construction sites will appear in Moscow.
It was decided to add two more sites to the Renovation Program being implemented in Moscow — new housing will be built in the Bogorodskoye and Donskoy districts. This was announced by the Mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, following a meeting of the presidium of the Moscow government.
According to him, the construction of new houses there will provide comfortable housing for 1,400 people.
According to the mayor in his channel in the IACH, the draft layout of the territory in the Nagatino-Sadovniki area of 1.57 hectares has also been approved. Houses will be built in the area of Varshavskoye Highway and Nagatinskaya Street for the Renovation Program, and over 750 people will receive housing there, Sobyanin said.
Two more projects for the integrated development of territories were also approved at the meeting — sites for the CRT were selected in the Novomoskovsk and Southeastern administrative districts of the city. There, "it is planned to build more than 220,000 square meters of real estate, including industrial, public, business and other facilities," Sobyanin said.
At the end of January, the mayor announced that the first residential complex built under the renovation program had been transferred to the Savyolovsky district for settlement. More than a thousand Muscovites will move into new apartments there. The residential complex is located on 2nd Khutorskaya Street, from there you can walk to Dmitrovskaya MCD-2 and Dmitrovskaya stations on the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya metro line in about 10 minutes, and to Grazhdanskaya MCD-2 station in 15 minutes. "Within walking distance are Savyolovsky and Timiryazevsky parks, schools, kindergartens, healthcare facilities, shops, sports clubs and catering establishments," Sobyanin said.
There are 517 apartments in the new buildings, there is an underground parking. The houses are connected to an individual heating point and equipped with an automated system for monitoring and accounting energy consumption, which will reduce the amount of utility bills less.
