The company "Song Theater" of singer Alla Pugacheva and her daughter Kristina Orbakaite was reorganized. This became known on February 3 from a notice they published in the middle of last month.

It is noted that in October 2025, a notification was received about the beginning of the theater's reorganization. In mid-January, the theater's reorganization was completed, RIA Novosti reports.

The Song Theater LLC was founded in 2008 under the name Alla Pugacheva Song Theater, but a year later the singer and her daughter left the company's founders. After that, the theater was renamed, but the project was never implemented.

On January 14, the court dismissed the claim of Gleb Ryskov's lawyer, who sought to declare illegal the pier of Alla Pugacheva at the Istra reservoir. Later, Ryskov himself, in an interview with Izvestia, said that he had not sued for recognizing Pugacheva Pier as illegal, because it was already recognized as illegal by inspection, and auctions on this land could not be conducted.
