Corporal Endaltsev helped a soldier of the Russian Armed Forces wounded by the AFU FPV drones and evacuated him.

Corporal Yuriy Endaltsev, who was carrying out a combat mission with his unit to defend a stronghold previously liberated from the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), was able to rescue a wounded comrade during the rotation, during which the group was attacked by enemy drones, and then hand him over to the doctors. This was announced on February 2 by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

It was noted that the corporal's unit was tasked with ensuring the arrival of the reinforcement group, and then returning to the rear to restore combat capability. During its execution, the group was attacked by Ukrainian FPV attack drones, as a result of which one of the servicemen was injured by a close UAV explosion.

Endaltsev, without stopping the fire aimed at destroying the drones, got close to his comrade in arms, and then, despite the threat of a repeat raid, remembering tactical medicine classes, gave him first aid. After evacuating a colleague to a safe place, the corporal stabilized the condition of the victim, who was subsequently personally transferred to a medical center.

The ministry clarified that thanks to the skills and courage of Corporal Endaltsev, the life of the Russian serviceman was saved.

In addition, the Russian Defense Ministry noted the actions of sapper Private Nikita Makarov, who, while performing a combat mission as part of a position defense unit, destroyed the remnants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces assault group he discovered, whose representatives were trying to launch an attack.

Realizing the risk of being discovered, he boldly advanced towards the enemy, set up a minefield and moved to a convenient firing position. After that, when the militants got closer, Makarov activated the mines and destroyed the enemy group with an explosion.

So Nikita Makarov, who showed courage and professionalism, prevented the enemy's attempt to advance into the depths of the defense of the Russian unit.

The first serviceman, as specified, destroyed a mine-explosive barrier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the help of an FPV drone, which secured the passage for assault groups, and the second with the help of a Hyacinth-S howitzer destroyed an enemy ammunition depot, a stronghold and more than 10 Ukrainian militants.
