The Donbass Dome electronic warfare system in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) prevented 215 terrorist attacks using drones (UAVs) from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in a week. This was reported on January 31 in the press service of the Department of the Federal Security Service (UFSB) of Russia for the region.

"The electronic warfare system "Dome of Donbass" prevented 215 terrorist attacks from the enemy during the week. 193 drones were eliminated over Donetsk and Makeyevka, and 22 over Gorlovka," the report says.

It is noted that Ukrainian militants continue to use drones to attack the energy infrastructure of the DPR.

In particular, two Ukrainian Darts drones with cumulative warheads made on the basis of PG-7VR grenade launcher rounds were successfully intercepted near the Dokuchaevskaya power substation. In addition, in Gorlovka, the system intercepted a swarm of FPV drones equipped with improvised explosive devices. A Warthog-type drone was also shot down there.

According to the report, explosives experts successfully neutralized all intercepted and suppressed UAVs. It is reported that civilians and infrastructure were not affected.
