The capital will support the construction of new campuses and the reconstruction of existing campuses. This was announced by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in the MAX messenger.

Investors who invest in the implementation of relevant initiatives will be provided with benefits for mandatory payments for land within the framework of housing construction projects. It is planned to build student dormitories, cultural and leisure facilities, sports facilities, canteens, academic buildings, scientific laboratories, and polyclinics on the campuses.

"We will encourage private investment in the creation of campuses under the program for creating employment opportunities," Sobyanin explained.

Thanks to the program for creating employment opportunities approved by the Moscow government in 2019, 47 facilities have been built, including educational institutions, cultural and sports facilities, and industrial enterprises. In total, about 36 thousand new jobs have been created.
