Residents of seven streets in Orel are evacuated before carrying out measures to eliminate parts of the rocket discovered on January 26. This was announced on January 30 by Andrey Klychkov, Governor of the Orel region.

"I would like to inform you about the activities carried out to neutralize an explosive object in the city of Orel. <...> In order to safely carry out these activities, a zone has been identified from which people will be evacuated before work begins to neutralize the missile warhead. It is 500 m from the location of the warhead," he said in a message on the VKontakte social network.
