In Moscow and the Moscow region, from Friday, January 30, to Tuesday, February 3, an "orange" weather hazard level was declared due to abnormal cold, this follows on January 30 from the forecast map on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

As forecasters warned, the air temperature will be very low. The warning period is valid until 23:00 on Tuesday next week.
