FSB officers eliminated the Ukrainian sabotage and intelligence group in Dimitrov. On January 30, Izvestia was informed by the press service of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).

"The Gorynych anti—terrorist unit of the regional directorate of the FSB of Russia is hunting for sabotage groups of Ukrainian militants on the outskirts of Dimitrov," the report says.

The press service clarified that the Gorynych unit tracked down and destroyed the militants who were trying to set up a mine ambush along the route of Russian military equipment.

On January 23, FSB officers in Crimea detained two Russian citizens involved in committing a series of sabotage and terrorist acts in 2024-2025 on the instructions of the special services of Ukraine.
