In Tula, a man was sentenced to 12.5 years in prison for financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine

A resident of Tula was sentenced to 12 years and 6 months in prison in a high-security penal colony for financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on January 29 by the press service of the Tula Regional Court.

"[The man] transferred funds to a card offered by the service to purchase digital funds and then send them to the specified electronic wallet used by representatives of the Ukrainian special services and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. <...> The verdict of the court of V. was 12 years and 6 months of imprisonment with serving a sentence in a high-security penal colony, with subsequent restriction of liberty for a period of for 1 year," the Telegram channel of the instance says.
