Lukoil I have reached an agreement with Carlyle on the sale of foreign assets
The Russian oil company Lukoil has entered into an agreement with the American investment company Carlyle on the sale of a subsidiary of Lukoil International GmbH, which owns foreign assets. This was announced on January 29 on the official website of Lukoil.
"PJSC Lukoil announces the conclusion of an agreement with the American investment company Carlyle on the sale of LUKOIL International GmbH (a 100% subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL, which owns the foreign assets of the Lukoil Group). The perimeter of this transaction does not include assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan, which will remain owned by the Lukoil Group and will continue to operate under the relevant license," the statement said.
