- The owner of an apartment with an illegal extension in an elite residential complex was found in the Tambov village
Nadezhda Domokurova, the owner of an apartment with an illegal extension in an elite residential complex in Moscow, lives in a village in the Tambov region while the proceedings on the case of mass falsification of neighbors' signatures are underway. Kirill Olkov, a correspondent for Izvestia, told about this on January 28.
"The extension on Sadovnicheskaya Street is still in place, but the Meshchansky court has already declared the permit issued for it invalid. This means that, according to the court, the building was erected illegally," the correspondent said.
The capital terrace, which has significantly increased the area of the apartment on the ground floor, has already ruined the facade — and this is a communal property — and is pressing on the foundation. This can only be built with the consent of all the owners, but, according to the plaintiffs' representative, their signatures were forged.
Formally, the rules have been observed: there are minutes of the general meeting and 167 votes in favor, but many of those who allegedly voted are hearing about it for the first time.
According to the residents, more than 70 signatures were forged. The initiator of the meeting and, according to the documents, its chairman is the owner of the extension, Nadezhda Domokurova. As it turned out, she is very far from metropolitan life and generally lives in the village of Zamostye in the Tambov region.
"The Zamostye sign, we pull out and immediately see that the road actually ends here," the correspondent said.
It's not easy to get here: 369 km from Moscow, 70 from Tambov, 10 from Michurinsk. The whole village is one street and only 90 inhabitants; it's not difficult to find Domokurova's house.
"An unremarkable green house made of wood and brick, exactly the same as dozens of others on this street," the correspondent explained.
Domokurova, who has not officially worked a day, according to documents owns an apartment in Moscow for more than 200 million rubles, and lives in a tiny village. He hardly opens the door to anyone and doesn't want to talk at all about the meeting, the signatures, or the courts.
Domokurova, if she was ever in Moscow, it was a long time ago, and she hardly held any meetings. According to the neighbors, she generally leads a reclusive lifestyle.
Domokurova's interests in Moscow are represented by her lawyers, but they also refuse to comment. The CEO of the State Service management company, which maintains the house and must monitor its condition, claims that he has nothing to do with it, and promises to figure it out.
On November 7, it became known about the beginning of court proceedings in a high-profile case about the possible forgery of signatures of apartment owners for the construction of an illegal extension. The owners of the capital's residential complex want justice, demanding the demolition of an illegal extension that threatens their home.
