The law on the submission of information to the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the admission of migrant children to schools has entered into force

Representatives of the education authorities will, in accordance with Federal Law No. 314-FZ, which has entered into force, provide the Ministry of Internal Affairs with information on the admission of migrant children to schools and colleges, and they will also notify law enforcement agencies about the expulsion and the results of testing for the knowledge of the Russian language of a minor. This was confirmed on January 28 by a corresponding resolution published on the official Internet portal of legal acts.

The text clarifies that representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in turn, will be required to register the children of foreign citizens, and later remove them from there.
