On January 27, American leader Donald Trump announced that Cuba was nearing collapse after the cessation of Venezuelan oil supplies.
"Cuba is, in fact, a country that is very close to collapse. You know, they got money from Venezuela, they got oil from Venezuela — now they don't get it anymore," he said during a conversation with reporters at an Urbandale restaurant in Iowa.
