It is unacceptable to keep schoolchildren out in the cold because they are late for the morning anthem performance. This was announced on January 27 by Mikhail Puchkov, Minister of Education and Science of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

He said that the day before, the students who arrived late were not allowed to go to school and were left outside the doors on the street for a while.

"It is unacceptable not to let a student into school and make him wait outside, even considering that he was late for the morning anthem performance," the minister wrote on his page on the Max messenger.
