Law enforcement officers conducted searches in the office of the Minister of Health of the Krasnodar Territory Evgeny Filippov. This was announced on January 27 by a source of Izvestia.

According to the source, Filippov's searches are related to the case of ex-deputy governor Anna Minkova.

Minkova was detained earlier in the day on suspicion of fraud in the healthcare sector.

It was clarified that in October last year, she announced her resignation in her Telegram channel. Minkova served as Vice Governor for 10 years, starting in April 2015. During this time, the official was in charge of the social sphere of the Krasnodar Territory.
