Digitalization has become commonplace, but online real estate transactions remain unsafe. This was told by notary Ivan Rykov to the Prime agency.

"The main danger of online housing transactions is the inability to establish the real will of the parties to the agreement. The buyer will not have the opportunity to notice that the seller, for example, is confused, looking at the phone all the time, as if receiving someone's instructions, fussing and the like," he said.
