For elementary school students, the lesson will begin with a conversation about money, its wise use, and where the goods come from. Teachers will introduce the concepts of "businessman" and "entrepreneur", explaining that these are people who create useful goods or services. Students will discuss in which areas it is possible to start a business and what qualities a businessman should possess: honesty, planning skills, creative thinking. The practical task "Three Little Pigs Construction Company" will allow children to discuss in a playful way how business can benefit society: divided into groups, they will choose which social projects to direct the profits of the fabulous company. At the end of the lesson, the younger students will reinforce the idea that entrepreneurship is primarily a responsibility and an opportunity to make life better around them.
Students in grades 5-7 will deepen their understanding of the social role of business. Teenagers will consider the example of a young entrepreneur, Yuri Morozov, who invented headphones for the hard of hearing at the age of 16. This case study will show how a hobby and a desire to help can turn into a life's work. Students will discuss the environmental and social responsibility of business, the importance of creating jobs and paying taxes fairly. The key practical part will be the task "Future business from a real hobby": working in teams, students will create a startup concept based on the passion of one of the participants, think over the name, logo and team composition. And the interactive task "Truth or fiction? Myths about Business" will playfully dispel common stereotypes about entrepreneurship.
For students in grades 8-9, the lesson will focus on practical steps to create a business. The teacher will present an algorithm for creating a business: from finding an idea to developing a business plan and forming a team. Special attention will be paid to the "soft skills" (4K: creativity, critical thinking, communication, cooperation) necessary for an entrepreneur. The practical task "Startup Team" will invite groups of schoolchildren to analyze specific situations and propose a business idea for them, prescribing the first steps to launch. In the final part of the lesson, students will learn about government support for start-up entrepreneurs and complete an interactive crossword puzzle.
Students in grades 10-11 will talk about how entrepreneurs can make the world around them a better place. During the lesson, they will consistently analyze the "iceberg" of business, at the top of which is commercial success, and at the heart of it is daily work and responsibility.
