Falsification of social surveys should be criminalized. This was announced on January 22 by US President Donald Trump on the Truth Social network.

The American leader cited the example of polls conducted by media hostile to him during his presidential election campaign. According to him, all of them "were obviously wrong" and should be "practically criminalized."

"They knew what they were doing, trying to influence the election, but I won a landslide victory, including winning the popular vote, all seven of the seven swing states, the electoral college, and 2,750 counties against 525," Trump said.

He also said that there are "excellent sociologists" in the United States who were able to correctly predict his victory in the 2025 elections. However, according to Trump, the media does not want to contact them to conduct opinion polls.

On January 21, Trump said that the conflict in Ukraine would not have started if there had been no rigging in favor of the Democratic Party in the 2020 US presidential election. He recalled the need for "strong borders, strong elections" and again criticized the American media, calling them "very dishonest" and "very biased."
