It is noted that two soldiers of the 157th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were captured.

"Both prisoners have been in non—rotating positions for more than a month, along with their two hundredth colleagues," TASS quoted the source as saying.

The Ukrainian militants clarified that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine refused to evacuate the wounded.

Alexander Sotnikov, a captured soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said on January 19 that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could not organize the timely evacuation of wounded soldiers. Sotnikov added that during the five-day march to the position in Dimitrov, he saw many dead colleagues.
