Almost 40 houses of blocked buildings were resettled in Tyumen in 2025

In Tyumen, in 2025, the program for the resettlement of citizens from residential buildings of blocked buildings was completed. The city administration reports this in its Telegram channel.

"The program for the relocation of citizens from residential buildings of blocked buildings, recognized as emergency before January 1, 2017, apartment buildings, recognized as emergency before January 1, 2017 for reasons unrelated to physical wear during operation, has been completed," the report says.

According to Irina Korosteleva, deputy director of the Department of Property Relations, 134 people out of 37 such houses were resettled in Tyumen last year. 40 residential premises were purchased for them at the expense of subsidies and funds from the city budget.

According to the <url> news agency, the program was implemented six months earlier than originally planned.

In December, it was reported that the authorities of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District intend to eliminate more than 100 thousand square meters of emergency housing in 2026. New houses for displaced people are already being built in the region.
