Rapper Dzhigan (real name Denis Ustimenko) asked the court to invalidate the prenuptial agreement concluded with his wife, blogger Oksana Samoilova. Sergey Zhorin, the musician's lawyer, told Izvestia about this on January 19.

"We believe that the prenuptial agreement is invalid, and we intend to prove it," he said.

The lawyer stated that in 2020, Dzhigan survived hospitalization, and, being in a "vulnerable state," at the initiative of his wife, he signed a number of documents. According to Zhorin, the musician got acquainted with the contents of these papers only in connection with the divorce process.

"Virtually all the property acquired during marriage, including real estate and even the only housing, should become the property of Oksana Samoilova. We believe that the set of circumstances under which the agreement was signed, including the state of health, the influence of loved ones and the pressure of the situation, may indicate a violation of the balance of interests," said Zhorin.

Samoilova filed for divorce on October 6. Information about the crisis in the relationship of the star couple began to actively circulate in early October. The reason for it was Samoilova's emotional statements on social networks, as well as her numerous trips to Milan and Paris unaccompanied by her husband.

Lawyer Oleg Tonakanyan said on October 28 that the divorce proceedings between Samoilova and Dzhigan were taking place without dividing the property. He said that at the moment, only a divorce is being considered and there are no disputes about property or children.

The Magistrate's court in Moscow on November 17 gave Dzhigan and Samoilova two months to reconcile. In turn, the blogger told reporters that she was not ready for reconciliation and intended to bring the divorce process to an end.
