More than 100 thousand residents of the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) were left without electricity as a result of the emergency situation. This was reported on January 19 in the press service of the regional Ministry of Fuel and Energy.

"As a result of the emergency situation, 31 settlements of the Republic were de—energized, and five more were partially without electricity. There are more than 100 thousand inhabitants in total," the Telegram channel says.
