Against the background of the global decline in the birth rate, the existence of some countries is currently under threat, as American entrepreneur Elon Musk pointed out on January 18.

"The birth rate is extremely low almost everywhere on Earth. If this does not change, entire cultures and countries will disappear," Musk wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

The entrepreneur added that if people refuse to have children, humanity will cease to exist altogether.
