In St. Petersburg, the Kushelev - Bezborodko cottage was put up for sale. The building of the late 18th century is an object of cultural heritage of federal significance. Previously, it served as an anti-tuberculosis dispensary and was supposed to become a cultural and business center, but the restoration project was never implemented.

According to Delovoy Peterburg, the real estate agency Uptown Group posted an announcement on the sale of a legal entity, presumably Monolit LLC. The company has been renting a building from the city since 2010.

The ad shows restored facades, an elevator and rooms connected to communications. However, there is no finishing in it. The text states that the object is ready for the transaction. The authors of the proposal also point out that the unique appearance of the building is combined with modern requirements for luxury real estate, writes 78.ru .

Earlier it was reported that in St. Petersburg, two Art Nouveau houses and a fire station building were added to the register of cultural heritage sites of regional significance.
