In Lipetsk, a developer has begun conservation of the Tourist-2 residential complex under construction on the site of the demolished Tourist Hotel, thus fulfilling a court order. GOROD48 was informed about this directly by the Lingonberry development company.

"The excavation will be partially filled in with soil — this will preserve the pile field. Thus, the company will preserve the previously completed works without damaging the surrounding buildings," the company that designed the residential complex said.

The publication clarifies that almost a year ago, in February 2025, the prosecutor's office appealed to the arbitration court with a demand to revoke the construction permit for the Tourist-2 residential complex and suspend work for the duration of the proceedings. In the summer, the court suspended construction, and now, six months later, the developer began conservation.

In "Lingonberry", with reference to experts, they note that the chosen method of conservation is the only possible one in this case. The alternative of building a basement and ground floor is unacceptable due to the ban on construction work.

On January 12, during a regular court hearing, the developer said that he had contacted Glavgosexpertiza and received a conclusion stating that the construction project "is really not ideal, but the prosecutor's office's comments are acceptable." The corrected draft was submitted to the court.

In particular, the project adjusted the number of parking spaces and their location, added spaces for electric vehicles, performed additional engineering calculations for the preparation of the territory, and moved ventilation equipment. The specialists also rechecked the calculations of the load-bearing structures once again.
