Ukrainian media reported on searches in the office of Tymoshenko's party
Searches are being conducted in the office of the Batkivshchyna party of former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko. This was reported on January 13 by the Ukrainska Pravda newspaper, citing sources.
It is specified that the searches are conducted by employees of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU).
On January 13, the press service of law enforcement agencies reported the exposure of the head of one of the parliamentary factions of the Verkhovna Rada in a number of illegal services. It was clarified that the preliminary penalty would be under Part 4 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Offering, promising or providing an unlawful benefit to an official").
