In Taganrog, a local emergency regime was introduced on the territory of two enterprises, houses and an educational institution after an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) The Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was announced on January 13 by the mayor of the city Svetlana Kambulova.

"We have decided to introduce a local emergency regime from 09:00 in relation to the five objects that received the most damage: two enterprises, two residential buildings (apartment buildings. — Ed.), one educational institution," she wrote in her Telegram channel.
