The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), part of the Rostec State Corporation, replaced Alexander Bobryshev, Deputy General Director of PJSC UAC for Operational and Tactical Aviation (OTA) and GOZ, as well as Alexander Bobryshev, Managing Director of JSC Tupolev, with Yuri Abrosimov, who previously served as Deputy Managing Director. economics and finance. It is noted that Abrosimov has been working in the structures of JSC Tupolev since 2012. The corporation explained that Bobryshev completed his work after completing key tasks related to ensuring the supply of military equipment under the state defense order. The KLA noted that in 2025, record plans for the transfer of military products were implemented, for which he was responsible.

Vladimir Yefimov, who previously served as the first deputy of the department, was also appointed director of the UAC-OTA branch. He has also been involved in the KLA in various positions since 2012. The press service clarified that the main tasks for the new managers will be the implementation of growing production programs, as well as the production of military aircraft and planned solutions for the Tu-214 program.

In November 2024, Andrey Boginsky, CEO of Yakovlev PJSC, and Konstantin Timofeev, Managing Director of Tupolev JSC, resigned from their posts. At the same time, Bobryshev was appointed managing director of Tupolev.
